I do not accept custom requests for the glitter Clovers. I have regular shop updates with ready to ship hooks every other Friday.

My patreon members do have many perks including prepicking hooks the day before each drop. Let me know if you have any questions about that!

Shipping:

I ship Ground Advantage or UPS which includes insurance of up to $100, if you purchase more than that and would like to purchase additional insurance, please email me or message me on IG immediately so we can get that arranged.

If you do not see your country listed on my website for shipping, please let me know and I can get it added.

Once the package is in the hands of USPS/UPS it is completely out of my control. Any claims that need to be done through USPS/UPS must be done by the purchaser, I will not be refunding any items that are lost or clearly damaged in transit.

If the item doesn’t look to be damaged in transit, but there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can see what we can do.

I do not cover any type of physical damage on any of my items.

Additional Info:

Clay hooks are fragile, please treat them with care. I do not replace anything damaged after the first 48 hours, which is still dependent on the issue.

All of my hooks are sealed with multiple coats of UV resin, there has been the rare instance where an allergic reaction has happened, washing the hook in warm water with dawn dish soap and setting out in the sun has worked well for fixing that.
